EmbedCKEditorPluginBase Error

I'm getting the exact same error. I even tried using switching over to Ckeditor 5 and get the same results.

I backed out the commit in 1.8 ( 📌 Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for embed Needs work ) that broke everything and released 1.9. Whoops!
