Error message appears when uninstalling the module

Problem/Motivation

When uninstalling the module through console, the following error message appears:

[error] The field_tags entity reference field (entity_type: node, bundle: article) no longer has any valid bundle it can reference. The field is not working correctly anymore and has to be adjusted.

But nothing seems to be broken, I am unsure why this message is coming up.

Steps to reproduce

• Install the module
• Add a prefix / suffix to both an article and taxonomy vocabulary.
• Create a node and a term
• Uninstall the module

Find out the reason the message appears.
