Doesn't seem to properly work using the "Global" Metatag type.

Problem/Motivation

As the title says. The page header won't be overriden when in the "Global" metatag type. But I am a bit unsure what "global" even means, as setting our metatag in frontpage, 404, 403 and everywhere else works as expected, but "global" won't even overwrite it on these entry points...

Maybe "Global" isn't really global? Unsure about the implementation.

It's just not perfect, due to the core limitations from 📌 Implement a central point to override the raw page heading (h1) (e.g. hook_page_heading_alter()) Active ;)

BTW I'm also unsure if and how it should work with the global type, so this is definitely minor and maybe just a Documentation or UX issue.
