I don't agree with closing this issue with Close (won't fix). The Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes issue provides a patch for the module, but merging that issue in doesn't mean the maintainer makes a new release.
With the pace of development on Starshot, we're going to prefer full releases rather than dev releases for top-tier modules like this to be included.
