Webform Bootstrap vs. Radix

Problem/Motivation

We're using the famous Radix Drupal Theme → and were unsure if we *should* use the Webform Bootstrap Submodule *or not*.

Looking deeper into the code then, we found this line:
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/webform/-/blob/6.2.x/modules/webform_...

So it seems this submodule is only intended for the Bootstrap Theme, not for the Bootstrap ecosystem (which is radix also based on).

So I'd like to suggest adding a clear sentence to the module info file like "Note: This is only to be used with the Drupal Bootstrap Theme, NOT with other Bootstrap Framework related Themes (like Radix)" (at least, until / if it has this strict hidden condition!)

    PS: Of course we could also discuss extending this to Radix in the future or if Radix is too different and would need a separate submodule then, eventually based on this one.
