Default inputs should get a webform template suggestion

Problem/Motivation

When attempting to style inputs that Webform renders as part of a form created within Webform, fields that don't have any customizations added to them do not get a webform template suggestion. This is particularly noticeable with checkboxes & radio buttons. This makes trouble when attempting to use a consistent template for styling / markup requirements.

Steps to reproduce

Add two sets of checkboxes or radio buttons, one with descriptions and one without. Note that the fields that contain descriptions (Webform fields) get a webform-specific template suggestion in, while the fields that don't do not.

Proposed resolution

Give all fields that are part of a Webform form the same webform-specific template suggestions.
