Alert is duplicated when clicking an anchor/jump link on the page

I am using Drupal 10.3 version, Could you please assist me in providing the steps to reproduce this issue.
As i am clicking on any link, The alert is displaying once on every page.
The version for module i am using is - 2.2.1
