Sent the official first warning (the level above the educational message) per the abuse policy. Next level includes negative credit and temp bans.

Wanted to add that some addweb users have been involved in seriously negative contributions on the Diff module. This happened immediately after I took over maintainership of the module which leads me to believe they saw activity on the issue queue and jumped on the opportunity.
