I've reproduced the issue but MR 8 failed while applying.

Issues/Concerns

1. The spacing between a field and its label and description is too small.
   
2. The spacing between the description lines is too small.
   
3. When choosing an image, the spacing around it is too small.
   
4. The "Upload" button is not working. Please see video: issue 4
5. Aside from the mouse cursor change, add another hover effect indicator on the "Contact Settings". Please see video: issue 5
6. The "Personal contact form" checkbox cannot be checked. Please see video: issue 6
7. The "*" for the required fields is missing.
