Problem/Motivation

See 📌 Using a translatable string as a category for field type is deprecated in drupal:10.2 (Commerce) Active

Since 8.x-2.39 of Drupal Commerce we now have a common "commerce" group for all relatable FieldType plugins. Furthermore Drupal 10.2+ doesn't support translatable category property anymore.

Since Commerce defines the field type group all we need here is to utilize it. Probably there's no need to bump the minimum requirement.

Rename category on all the FieldType plugins defined by commerce_recurring to "commerce".
