For entities with a large number of fields, it is cumbersome to drag all fields into the disabled section. This issue commonly arises when configuring teaser view modes where only a few fields need to be visible. If the functionality to disable all fields at once was available, it would be much quicker to then drag only the necessary fields back into view.
Add both "Disable All" and "Enable All" buttons or links to move all fields into the respective section.

Checked adding enable all/disable all functionality in drupal core. This has several edge cases like custom regions, group fields etc.
