Hi, I have verified this Configure button missing issue with #3462021 MR applied cleanly in the D10 version.
Testing Steps:
1. Install the D10 version
2. Go to the extend tab and search for the bulk_update_user_roles module.
3. Check the Configure is missingTesting Results
Now the Configure button is appearing and working as expected.Attaching the Before and After screenshots.
Hence it can be move to the RTBC.
