Update Pager to remove error from Axe Dev Tools

Problem/Motivation

Currently our Pager always throws an issue with Axe dev tools

  1. This issue Axe always flags is "<ul> and <ol> must only directly contain <li>, <script>, or <template> elements"
  2. This is referring the ellipse which has a role="presentation" on it

Proposed resolution

  1. remove role="presentation"
  2. replace with aria-hidden="true
