Create tests

I can set up some generic tests, but anything module specific will take a LOT of time (as this is a commerce module).

Agreed. You may create a separate issue for that with minor priority. Perhaps someone will pick it up one day...

Yea no idea. Let's simply add module functionality tests here and fix the commerce composer bug in the future.

Unable to install modules: module 'commerce_product_availability_webform_request' is missing its dependency module webform.

Perhaps composer dev dependency?
