Global Null contextual filters {{ arguments.null }} show id instead of name

Problem/Motivation

Global Null replacement pattern {{ arguments.null }} in contextual filter always show id instead of name.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a view with content from indexed sources with Solr
2. Add Global Null to get taxonomy term id
3. Override title with {{ raw_arguments.null }}
4. The title always show the taxonomy term id rather than name

I have a fresh install with simplytest.me. The result is the same, it always show the taxonomy term id rather than name.
