Have a full release

Thanks for pinging me on this. I have made the 2.0.x branch supported again.

I would like to get 🐛 Add "open by default" option Needs work into the 2.1.x branch before declaring a stable release, but if there isn't movement there soon, I may need to move ahead without it.
