The account is not blocked and it has been confirmed on July 8, 2022.
Drupal.org uses a protection for the login form. To be able to log in, JavaScript must be enabled; if there are extensions that block the JavaScript files used by drupal.org, those extensions need to be set to always load those files.
For what I have been said, that should not happen after an account has been confirmed. I would still check no extension blocks the JavaScript files used from drupal.org, though. - ๐ฎ๐ณIndia vinmayiswamy
Hey @apadernoโ and @msankhala, according to @fjgarlin in Drupal Slack, this issue might be preparation for the SSO switchover.
Hence, trying to log in via email does not work, doing it via username does after enabling Javascript in browser. (My bad. I never logged in with username before. that's why it didn't cross my mind).

@VinmayiSwamy Thank you for commenting about that and linking the Slack conversation.
Understanding what happens would be tricky, for somebody who tries to log in, since the login form still contains the Username or email and Password fields.

Note that log in via email is enabled again so the labels are correct.

@fjgarlin Will logging in with email be kept enabled? I am asking so I can suggest what to do, in the case there is a report about somebody not able to log in.
