Problem/Motivation

The shared files block is fetching all the user-shared files without a reasonable limit.

Steps to Reproduce

Insert the shared files block or the recent files block with the layout builder.

Proposed Resolution

Allow users to parameterize how many files should be fetched.

Ideas

Views integration, maybe?
