Secondary toolbar does not show on the front end when core navigation enabled

Added compatibility with Drupal 10.3+

Needs a patch for Gin Toolbar to test this properly (see attached).

I have verified the latest patch given in #6 🐛 Secondary toolbar does not show on the front end when core navigation enabled Needs review with Gin version 4.0.x and Drupal version 10.4.0. The patch applied cleanly and the secondary toolbar is now visible in the frontend. Attaching the before and after screen recordings for evidence. I verified it on Gin 4.0.x as it is the latest version available. If required, will check it on any of the lower version also. Need RTBC+1.

I found one issue now. After applying the latest patch now there are 2 navigation toolbar in the Drupal backend. Please see the screen recording attached.

I have created a patch for the issue mentioned in my previous comment along with the changes in 3460333-gin-toolbar-2.patch → . Please see if this is useful.
