I can't seem to compress it beyond 16KB because of the logo I added.

I'm not sure if the logo provided over here, correctly depicts the functionality. Also in a dilemma what you wanted decipher by the lightning and cyclone kind of thing. As far as the module's functionality is concerned, it talks about cache invalidation, and here I'm not getting any visual clue of that, apart from that as @Kristen Pol mentioned its also failing the size constraint. So moving it to NW as of now!

I think it'll be better if we can incorporate all the three aspect together: Acquia Cloud, Cache Invalidation and the Branding.
I'll try to give out my version on this!
