Project browser looks at the maintenance status of the module, and by default won't even list modules that are marked "Unmaintained".

I think some modules are fine as they are and just need someone to keep them healthy. If the current maintainers don't have time to give a module all the attention they would like, they could always set it to "seeking additional maintainers".

Thanks for the details. IMO we should add that to the instructions for finding projects that need logos.
