Give users the ability to use select/multiselect filters in addition to text filters

Some initial work

Two things that need to be worked on:

1) Reduce filter options based on other values in the query
2) The default value of the exposed (user-input) field is not what has been selected in the filter configuration.

Ended up adding more codes that are not related to the issue but I think they are going to help us in the long run especially with the introduction of some test coverage for the main Select.php class.
