'remove_width_height' is not a supported key.

Problem/Motivation

The filter cannot be added to text formats on sites using Drupal core 10.3.0.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade Drupal to 10.3.* and enable the table_bs_filter module.

Attempt to enable the filter on text_format. You will see and error about unsupported keys:

'remove_width_height' is not a supported key.
'table_bordered' is not a supported key.
'table_condensed' is not a supported key.
'table_row_hover' is not a supported key.
'table_striping' is not a supported key.

Proposed resolution

Add a config/schema file that defines the settings used by the filter. See https://www.drupal.org/project/token_filter/issues/3456459 🐛 'replace_empty' is not a supported key. Fixed for an example.
