Sorry if duplicated, havent seen this open (i think)
Using Drupal 10.3 AND last version of Gin and Gin toolbar
When creating a new field, in the last step (where setting up the field storage properties), the "save configuration" sticky button located on top does nothing, while the button located in the bottom of the page works fine
Enable "sticky action buttons" feature
Create a new field (eg: plain text -> plain text (short) -> storage properties and try to save it using the top button
