Add the configure link at admin modules page

What's /admin/config/user-interface/views-html-tags?

This module provides a block type, so has no canonical route to point to?!

Sorry, I don't know how I added this issue to the wrong project 😅
It was intended for the views_html_tags module.

I'm trying to change the Project reference field here but I'm getting form validation errors.. I guess it's not possible and I will have to close this and reopen there.

You're right.. I must have confused with another module, sorry for the noise.

Only thing I can say now is a README.md is still missing 🙃
