Duplicate results when using the widget and the global override

Problem/Motivation

When an entity reference field is configured to use 'autocomplete ID' widget as well as having the global override enabled, the field will return duplicate results. Disabling the widget or the override resolves the issue.

Steps to reproduce

As above.

Proposed resolution

Only show single results when either or both are enabled.
