Stop logging for not styling of SVG images

Problem/Motivation

The log report gets overloaded with "Could not apply Thumbnail (100x100) image style to image.svg because the style does not support it." message.

The style however does not matter for SVG images since they don't lose quality when scaling.

Proposed resolution

We skip the logging for SVG images.
