"title" and "alt" of images are not shown in paragraph

Hi, I've applied the provided MR as a patch and it applied cleanly with no errors. Before applying the patch, no alt value was being shown on hovering the image when the ICM used in paragraph field. After applying the patch alt tag issue has been resolved successfully and now the alt value is being displayed over the image for pargaraph field. Attaching before and after fixes screenshots for reference. As the provided MR is resolving the issue successfully hence, moving the issue status to RTBC.
