Implements hook update to set the display icon as true by default on existent sites

Problem/Motivation

On ✨ Implements a CMS configuration to be able to hide / show the icon X to close Modal Fixed was moved a new feature that allow editors to don't display the icon X in the top right. By default this checkbox is TRUE, to keep visible. For this reason is important to have a hook update that sets the default value in all EBT Micromodal to have the default value populated in the database

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Implements hook_update_N. Load all block types, load the settings, set the new variable as true by default. Save entity of block type
