Implements a CMS configuration to be able to hide / show the icon X to close Modal

Problem/Motivation

Same idea implemented at ✨ Create a toggle option to hide the "X" button from top-right Fixed , will be nice to have a CMS checkbox where we can uncheck the option to display the X to close Modal. By default the value should continue being marked. To avoid impacts

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Implemenet a form AI item with this new field, and after that update the two templates to render the icon if the variable is 0
