Create a toggle option to hide the "X" button from top-right

Problem/Motivation

Today there is a "X" icon to close Modal on top-right, which is good, however some cases the editors would be interested hiding this icon and keep end-users with the possibility to close on button, clicking outside or with the ESC key

Proposed resolution

Create a CMS field with a boolean toggle to enable and disable the "X" icon to close the Modal. The default value is marked to display, but the CMS editors would be able to turn off if necessary
