Problem/Motivation

If field contains more elements. UI not optimize

Steps to reproduce

1. Attach block field to node type
2. Create|Edit node and add items to block field
3. Block field very large (See screen)

Proposed resolution

1. Replace container type to details on field widget. This line on code https://git.drupalcode.org/project/block_field/-/blob/8.x-1.x/src/Plugin...
2. Default set open attribute to the false.
3. And set open attribute TRUE value on ajax response.
