Unable to save text format config form in 10.3 with shortcode module

Problem/Motivation

For me, it is not possible to save a text format, when this module is installed in combination with shortcode module. Following error occurs:

'dropcap' is not a supported key.
'item' is not a supported key.
'block' is not a supported key.
'button' is not a supported key.
'quote' is not a supported key.
'random' is not a supported key.
'img' is not a supported key.
'link' is not a supported key.
'clear' is not a supported key.
'highlight' is not a supported key.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install CKEditor 5 Plugin Pack with a few plugins.
  2. Install Shortcode → module with the shortcode_basic_tags.
  3. Go to text format configuration site and try to save.

    I am seeing the same issue with our custom shortcodes however we are not using the ckeditor5_plugin_pack. We are only using ckeditor 5 out of core.

    I can reproduce this error without the Plugin Pack module.
    I checked it (without Plugin Pack) on Drupal 10.2 and it is working (no errors) but after upgrading to Drupal 10.3 error from the issue is occurring.
    @vincent.hoehn can you uninstall the plugin pack and check again on Drupal 10.3 if the error is present?

    Sorry for the issue. The error also occurs without the ckeditor5_plugin_pack module.
    If I install the module without the shortcode module, everything works fine. Thank you!
