Problem/Motivation

Config Override Inspector → is a module which tells in the UI whenever a field mapped to a configuration is overridden in a settings file (such as settings.php, settings.local.php, etc.).

Proposed resolution

Add the #config key to all elements corresponding to config keys in the settings form.
