Not sure how big of a deal this is but we have been using drupal/core-dev-pinned as dev dependency in our project and noticed that we were unable to upgrade upgrade_status to 4.3.2 without also upgrading Drupal core to 10.3.x because upgrade_status requires PHPStan ^1.2.11 (changed in

We may just switch from drupal/core-dev-pinned to drupal/core-dev as a way around this but I thought it would be worth reporting this anyway.

You need to upgrade to Drupal 10.3 either way to upgrade to Drupal 11 later, so I don't think this is something I would consider a priority to solve. If we are to allow lower phpstan, that would require us to put in more conditional logic.
