Proposed resolution

For both 3.0.x and 4.0.x

  • Change core_version_requirement to ~10.3.0 || ~11.0.0 in the .info.yml file.
  • Change drupal/core to ~10.3.0 || ~11.0.0 in the composer.json file.

Only in the 4.0.x branch

  • Change vardot/varbase-patches to ~10 || ~11 in the composer.json file.
