I can confirm this.
I had multiple phone calls from customer on this topic today. But unfortunatelly did not found a reason yet.

This was caused by changes introduced by 🐛 Blocks visibility selection not updating in vertical tabs Fixed

We refactored toggles and removed all the custom markup.

This needs a review 👀

The 4.0.x version does not fix my problem— toggles appear off even if they aren't.

Both work for me in Firefox ESR and FF < 118.0

I've checked this on both 8.x-3.x and 4.0x and all looks good. Added a new boolean field and that updates as expected.

I'm getting the same behaviour in Edge. Toggles not visually changing on click.
