Weird looking borders when a view doesn't use bulk operations

Thanks for the patch. The "admin/content" view looks now good with it.

I also tried the patch with Webform module, and there seems to be still so problems with listings provided by it, at least with the following ones:

Webforms: Variants configuration →

Refactored the integration a bit, this needs another review 👀

(sorry for the commit noise here – tried out Zed and didn't had the correct editorconfig enabled hence the commits to fix the indents)
