Recreate Advanced Forum's topics list display

This builds a display similar to what Advanced Forum provides and uses TVI to make Drupal load this view instead of the default taxonomy term display.

I tried both patches, but don't see much difference ... perhaps the change can be put into words, or an image? Maybe I need to reinstall the module after patching, for the changes to take effect?

Yeah, I'll put together some screenshots after I finish the initial work.

The changes would only be visible on new installs of the Forum module, they'd need update scripts to load them onto existing sites.
