Remove example cron scripts

These were adding in #1551626: Convert cron.php into a regular menu router page callback → . Back in 2012 in that issue Crell said, "I don't quite know how the lynx and curl shell scripts can work either, but I didn't want to get into that debate. :-) (I'd be happy to drop them all, personally.)"

Committed/pushed to 11.x and cherry-picked to 11.0.x thanks! Thought it was better to backport this one to 11.0.x so we're not shipping the confusing scripts in the new major version given they're intended as documentation.
