Remove Drupal 6/7 database scripts

Problem/Motivation

Spotted by @quietone, the following files exist in core/scripts:

dump-database-d6.sh
dump-database-d7.sh
generate-d6-content.sh
generate-d7-content.sh

These scripts generate content and dump databases from Drupal 6 and 7 for use in upgrade path testing.

We have not used the output of the D6 scripts for 13 years since #1097100: Remove all 7xxx update functions and tests (D6 to D7 upgrade path) →

We have never supported upgrades from D7, and the output of these scripts was deleted in #2504109: A bunch of old update test dump scripts are still hanging out →

We have a newer script db-tools.sh to dump D6/7 for Migrate Drupal.
