- Drush 12 is the lowest supported version as the module currently supports Drupal ^10.2, see https://www.drush.org/13.x/install/#drupal-compatibility
- Removed the drush.services.yml as it is no longer used in Drush 12
- Updated SimpleOauthCommands to use CLI attributes and autowiring
