Sub-menu didn't show up on hover

We migrated the site from Drupal 9.5.7 to Drupal 10.2.7. When we hover on the admin menus, it didn't expand.

Where as on the admin pages, when we hover on the admin menus, it is working as expected.

On page console it is showing errors on the [Toolbar.js, MenuModel.js, ToolbarModel.js, BodyVisualView.js, MenuVisualView.js, ToolbarAuralView.js, ToolbarVisualView.js] scripts. These scripts were loading from core/modules/toolbar module.

Drupal version: 10.2.7
Admin toolbar: 3.4.2

Please help us to fix the issues.

Hi,

I got the same issue on Drupal 9.5.11 when upgrading the google tag module from 2.0.4 to 2.0.6.
