Offering to maintain Year Only

I've started the process of deprecating Year
(https://drupal.org/project/year) in favor of Year Only. I would like to be
able to edit the Year Only project page, update maintenance status, etc.
Would you be willing to grant me the 'Edit project' permission, please?

Thought I'd give it one last shot. The Year Only issue queue could really use
some work, and I'd be happy to work on adding some features for the
community. But I'm unwilling to do so unless I can properly edit and maintain
the project page to reflect changes.

Is there something else I need to do to support this request?

Updated the issue summary and converted to ownership transfer request.

Once the issue has been created, its purpose cannot be changed, at least not to request more permissions on the project.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3453698 ✨ Offering to maintain or own Year Only Active about accepting or declining the offer? Please do not reply via email; we need a reply on the offer issue.
In the case you accept the offer, you can also add Michael as maintainer, but this is not necessary, as project moderators can add co-maintainers/maintainers to any project.
Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Michael will be probably made maintainer.

Project moderators will not remove the existing maintainers/co-maintainers; the project owner will not be replaced either. Maintainers cannot change the project owner; co-maintainers/maintainers can only be removed/added by people who have the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers.

A last note: This offer is about being maintainer, which for us means somebody with all the drupal.org permissions on the project: Write to VCS, Edit project, Administer maintainers, Maintain issues, Administer releases. A person who does not have all those permissions is a co-maintainer.
If there is any reason not make Michael project maintainer, please explain that on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3453698 ✨ Offering to maintain or own Year Only Active .

I made justcaldwell maintainer. He just needed two permissions more to be maintainer: Edit project and Administer maintainers.
