Toast message not working properly.

Toast messages for webform element's validation appearing again and again for file uplaod and remove.

Create a webform
Add few elements with some validations
Add a file element for uploading files
Submit the form with wrong inputs so toast messages for validation can visible
Now Upload and remove file in the file element field element
You can see that the validation errors (as toast messages) for other fields are showing again and again for the while
uploading/removing file

According to the video, The form is validating on file upload/removal.
The form should be validated only on submission.
