Target blank not working on adminimal theme

Problem/Motivation

If using adminimal theme → , the target blank option is not set.

Steps to reproduce

Enable adminimal theme
Translate a media entity
Once you click any option, you get redirected instead of opening a new tab

Proposed resolution

Make the selector inside JS file less specific.

Current:
li.dropbutton__item.dropbutton-action a

Proposed:
li.dropbutton-action a
