Media fieldset wrapper margins too small?

Hi @nicholasThompson I looked into the issue, but I was unable to reproduce it, it appeared to be fine.

Interesting - on your screenshot it looks consistent with some other sites with Gin / Media module... and inspecting the markup I see lots of Claro references... Specifically the one providing the wrapper spacing is `fieldset_wrapper`... but on our non-working site, it is `fieldset-wrapper` and there are no claro references.

I shall poke around.
