PHP Warning when pagers displayed

Problem/Motivation

The ui_suite_bootstrap_preprocess_pager doesn't check if some array keys exist before operating on them. So we get warnings on all pages with a pager when on the first or last page.

Steps to reproduce

To go a page with a pager on the first page and/or last page. Both for mini pager and the standard one.

Proposed resolution

Add checks on the array keys

Thanks for the bug report and MR.

Like with 🐛 Preprocessor pager hook missing checks for empty items Fixed , Could we use the syntax like in the 5.0.x version?
