Hello,

I found a bug, installing this module in Drupal 10.2.x will make all block titles unable to modify. I test in drupal 10.2.6

    I can cofirm this issue. It appears, no block settings can be changed while ajax_blocks is active.

    My current workaround is:
    1. Deactivate block_ajax module
    2. Change the block properties
    3. Reactivate block_ajax module
    4. Reactivate "Load block via Ajax" checkbox for the desired blocks
