Offering to maintain Access Unpublished

Hi there,

I've noticed that the Access Unpublished module → has been hanging out unmaintained for the past year and a half, and there were some askes to get a bunch of bug fixes into a release. Several of these are PHP compatibility and upkeep.

Seeing as the changes are trivial, and the module has several automated tests, I don't see why I couldn't help out and help maintain any maintenance fixes that come along. I do this for about 40 other modules here and there and have been known to "rescue" several from being marked as obsolete either via Security reasons or abandonment.
